For Immediate Release 1-18-19
Maestro Steve Eva and the Chagrin Falls Studio Orchestra will present a tribute to Frank Sinatra staring Las Vegas performer Tom Tiratto at the 4th annual Benefit Concert on Saturday, February 9 at the Intimate Chagrin Valley Little Theater. The full Studio Orchestra along with a screaming swing band will be on hand to make this a truly unique evening. The actual Frank Sinatra huge musical scores have been transcribed for this event and you will not hear this anywhere else. This elegant evening includes: Valet parking; Open wine bar; After party with fabulous light fare by Chef Andrew of Catering Experience and Fine wines and beer by Chuck Fine Wines.
Tom Tiratto performed in the Rat Pack in Vegas for over 10 years and has recreated the sounds of this legendary entertainer with the same smooth vocal, phrasings and mannerisms unique to the Sinatra style. This show will take you back to the 1950’s Las Vegas when the man we knew as Ol’ Blue Eyes was performing on the Strip backed by some of the most talented musicians in history. You will hear many of the great Sinatra hits like “Summer Wind”, “New York, New York” and, of course, “My Way”
But, as they say, that’s not all. Cleveland’s own Amanda Powell will open the show with the music of Judy Garland accompanied by the Chagrin Falls Studio Orchestra and Swing Band. You will hear the songs that made Judy famous like “On the Atchison, Topeka & the Santa Fe”, “Johnny One Note” and of course, “Over the Rainbow”.
Tickets are $150 ($75 deductible) and may be purchased at www.cvlt.org or calling the box office at (440) 247-8955. For more information go to www.cvlt.org or www.TheCFSO.com websites.
